Betek Boya (Paint) Group manages all sales processes of its wide sales network throughout Turkey for its interior and exterior wall paint, insulation and industrial paint as well as its epoxy product groups with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Integration with SAP and ERP systems was part of the project where opportunities in real-estate development as well as customer requests and complaints are managed via CRM.
