Engin Alan began professional life in accountancy while still at high school. After his education in Computer Engineering at Near East University, he carried out different CRM projects as a software developer, consultant and project manager. He completed his MSc in Engineering Management at Bahcesehir University, following which he became a founding partner and general manager of an IT consultancy firm for 4 years. During this period, he also gave applied Microsoft Dynamics CRM courses at Kadir Has and Bahcesehir Universities. He has been continuing his long association with the sector, becoming a founding partner and general manager of Binovist as of May 2013.

Özer Kayhan is a graduate of Uludağ University, Department of Computer Programming, Anadolu University, Business Administration and Bahcesehir University. As software developer, consultant and Project Manager, many web and CRM projects have been successfully implemented. He also has experience in infrastructure planning and management on Microsoft-based Systems. He worked as a trainer at many seminars within the scope of the Uyap Project in Istanbul Bar Association and R & D Manager at Binovist in January 2018.
